Your body, decoded.

DEXA body composition, VO2 Max and resting metabolic rate in one record. Measured properly at partner clinics, set against your own goals, and explained by the AI Assistant so you know what to do next.

Bring your own reports or test at a partner clinic. Everything lands in one dashboard. Records stored in Sydney. You control sharing and consent.

Everything in one record

Read together, not one PDF at a time.

A DEXA report shows body composition. Put it next to your VO2 Max and measured resting energy to discuss patterns across tests, without assuming one result explains another.

  • An overview that keeps tests separate. DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR each show their own date and report, with what is going well and what to look at next.
  • Trends that show relationships. Overlay any metrics on one chart, with regression lines and personal bests.
  • Compare any two tests. Changes shown as increased or decreased, plus a regional change view for DEXA.
  • Goals and progress photos. Measured progress toward a target, and front-first photo sets alongside your scans.

Why the numbers can be trusted

Most apps show you data. We check it first.

Measurements need context. Keep the original report and review the equipment, protocol and preparation before interpreting change across tests.

Check the source of a result

The original PDF remains available for checking equipment and test details where reported. Do not assume results from different machines are interchangeable or automatically normalised.

Reports are transcribed, not recalculated

Reports are read into structured values while the original PDF is kept. Extraction can make mistakes, so check important values against the source and contact us about discrepancies.

Measured, not estimated

Resting metabolic rate comes from indirect calorimetry and VO2 Max from a full gas-exchange test. Body fat references are published, and where a value is missing the dashboard says Not reported instead of showing a zero.

Original reports kept, results locked

Your source PDFs are archived with every parsed value. Filed results are not quietly edited, corrections go through a protected audited process, and you can download the original report at any time.

How it works

Three steps, then your record gets smarter every test.

Get your account

Use your clinic invitation, or request help getting access from our team. Once your account is set up, add supported DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR PDFs yourself.

Book your tests

Arrange testing with a clinic that offers it. Dashboard booking links, where available, take you to the clinic's own booking process. Test fees are separate from dashboard access.

Results land, explained

Your report appears in the dashboard with each metric explained, what changed since last time, and your goal progress. Ask the AI Assistant if you want it in plain language.

For providers and clinics

Clients who track properly are easier to help.

Clients can bring dashboard summaries and trends to a consult, or send downloaded PDFs and screenshots to their provider. Measurement clinics can register their interest in receiving testing referrals.

  • Every report in one place, with visual trends across tests
  • Client-led sharing of downloaded reports and screenshots
  • Provider dashboards are coming soon

DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR are priced by the partner clinic that performs them and paid to the clinic directly. For providers: what clients can share.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is MyBodyLab a clinic?

No. MyBodyLab is the data platform. DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR tests are performed by independent clinics. We read, store and explain supported reports, and track results over time. Blood testing is not yet available through MyBodyLab.

Can I use reports I already have?

Yes. Once your account is set up, upload supported DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR PDFs. Reports you upload yourself are marked as self-published, not clinic-approved. Keep test conditions and equipment in mind when comparing results.

Where is my health data stored?

Health records are stored at rest in Sydney. The AI Assistant uses an outside AI provider only if you give it separate consent, and we explain where that applies. See our security and privacy page.

Do I need to pay to use the dashboard?

No. Enjoy full dashboard access free ahead of a planned $29 a month membership. No card is required, and you will only pay later if you choose to subscribe. Your original reports stay viewable, shareable and downloadable.

Does the platform include the tests?

No. The platform is separate from the tests. DEXA, VO2 Max and RMR are booked with a partner clinic and paid to the clinic at the clinic's price.

Will my results be interpreted by a doctor?

The dashboard and the AI Assistant give plain-English explanations and published reference ranges, but they are not a diagnosis and do not replace your clinician. Discuss anything that concerns you with your doctor.

What about the iOS app?

The existing iOS app remains available. The web dashboard is where the newest features, including VO2 Max and RMR reports, goals and the AI Assistant, appear first, and the app is being updated to match.

Measure once properly. Then keep measuring.

Start with your first test, or bring the reports you already have. Your record builds from there.
